We’re delighted to announce the launch of the all new version of Analog — the highly acclaimed photo editing app now available exclusively on the Mac App Store. As you probably know, Analog came about as we are all photography lovers here at Realmac HQ. We wanted an app that recreated the effects when processing film from vintage cameras. We spent a huge amount of time perfecting each filter but the results were worth it - and today’s update has even more great filters!

What’s New

  • Analog is now ready for OS X Mountain Lion, featuring stunning Retina-ready graphics.

  • Edit direct from iPhoto and Aperture. Using the round-trip capabilities in these two apps, images can be sent to Analog from your iPhoto or Aperture library for editing. Once you have perfected your image with an awesome filter and border you can simply save right back.

  • Reposition Photos - Once you select a border you can zoom and reposition your images for perfect framing every time.

  • Even More Stunning Filters - There’s four more amazing built-in filters ready to apply to your photos in Analog 1.2. Anchorage, Stereoscopic, Cairo & Odessa each applying the definitive qualities of our favourite vintage cameras and film types.

Analog is available for $19.99, exclusively on the Mac App Store and requires OS X Lion 10.7.3 or newer.
