Where Can I Find My Serial?
If you've lost your serial number, don’t panic, we’ll have you back up and weaving in no time! Your serial number can be found on your receipt and in the order confirmation email you were sent after purchasing RapidWeaver.
My Serial Number Doesn't Work
RapidWeaver 4.0 is a free update for registered customers with a licence for RapidWeaver 3.6 (starting RW3SN).
If you own a serial number starting RWPL, then in order to use RapidWeaver 3.6 / 4.0 you will need to purchase an upgrade from our store.
Retrieve Your Serial Number
If you still can't find your serial number make sure you have the following information to hand as we will require it to find your order information:
- The email address supplied at purchased.
- Your order number. Don’t worry if you haven’t got this as we can resend it, it’ll just make things simpler if you have it.
